1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing any product, program, course, coaching, community membership, or digital download offered through Rise with Renee or SWC 2.0 (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Service.

The Service is operated by Jarry Consultants LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. What SWC 2.0 Includes

SWC 2.0 is a digital marketing training program that may include any combination of the following:

-Digital courses and training modules

-Community membership access

-Live coaching calls and recorded replays

-Digital downloads and templates

Jarry Consultants LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or component of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind. Jarry Consultants LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

-The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

-Results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

-Any defects or errors will be corrected

-The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations

4. Earnings Disclaimer

This is not a "get rich quick" scheme. We make no guarantees regarding earnings, income, or financial results of any kind.

Any income examples, testimonials, or case studies shared in connection with Rise with Renee or SWC 2.0 represent exceptional results and are not typical. Individual results will vary significantly based on:

There is no promise or representation that you will earn any specific amount of money — or any money at all — as a result of participating in the Service. You accept full responsibility for your own results.

5. Payments

All purchases are subject to a one-time payment unless otherwise stated. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and other available online payment methods.

Your payment is subject to validation and authorization by your card issuer. If authorization is not received, Jarry Consultants LLC will not be liable for any non-delivery of the Service.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, Jarry Consultants LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Immediate Access & Waiver Upon receipt of payment, you are granted immediate access to the program. This access constitutes full delivery of our service commitment. All payments are final, and by accepting these Terms you waive any right to a refund.

Chargebacks If a chargeback is initiated against Jarry Consultants LLC for any transaction, your access to the program and all associated services will be immediately and permanently revoked. Reinstatement will not be considered under any circumstances.

Access Issues Temporary inability to access the program immediately after purchase does not constitute grounds for a refund. If you experience access issues, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve them promptly.

Exception for Duplicate Charges The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the case of a clear human error resulting in a duplicate charge. If you are charged more than once for the same transaction, Jarry Consultants LLC will refund the additional charge(s) upon verification.

7. Pricing & Unauthorized Discounts

All SWC 2.0 programs and services are offered at listed prices. Members, affiliates, and participants are strictly prohibited from:

-Applying unauthorized discounts or coupon codes

-Negotiating reduced pricing outside of official promotions

-Splitting payments across multiple accounts

-Sharing access with non-paying individuals

-Engaging in any deceptive pricing tactics

Violations may result in immediate revocation of access and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, training materials, templates, and information provided within Rise with Renee and SWC 2.0 are the proprietary intellectual property of Jarry Consultants LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or use any program content for personal gain outside of the program without explicit written consent from Jarry Consultants LLC. Unauthorized duplication or misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of program access and legal action.

9. Community Guidelines

If your purchase includes access to a community space, the following guidelines apply:

No Unsolicited Promotions You may not sell or promote your own products or services within the community outside of designated networking events.

Respectful Interaction Bullying, harassment, or belittling of any community member will not be tolerated. Be kind, constructive, and supportive.

No Gossip or Rumors Spreading rumors or negative content about other members is strictly prohibited.

Stay On Topic Posts and discussions should remain relevant to the community's purpose. Off-topic content may be removed.

Report Concerns If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately.

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, or permanent removal from the community.

10. Third-Party Services

Jarry Consultants LLC is not responsible for any third-party tools, platforms, or services you choose to use in connection with the program. Use of third-party services is at your own risk. Any issues must be resolved directly with those providers.

By using third-party services in connection with our program, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jarry Consultants LLC from any related claims, damages, or liabilities.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jarry Consultants LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jarry Consultants LLC and its principals, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any misrepresentation made by you.

13. Termination

Jarry Consultants LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and no refund will be issued.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
